What if I need help with the course content?
I see a course listed, but it says “Coming Soon.” What’s going on?
Availabilities depend upon the availability of our Teachers. For example, if you want help with Anthropology. You would select the subject, then our system lists Teachers that are available. Though we are adding more and more Teachers, we have strict requirements and hence we cannot guarantee that a course will be available.
What are the IT requirements?
What do I do if I have a technical problem?
Our focus is on the quality of instruction and the curriculum, we hire others to handle the IT side. If you have an IT problem, please contact us. If this does not work, please let us know.
What if I have to cancel my course?
How do I get started?
The registration process is as follows:
1. A parent or guardian must register with our website, and provide information about the student(s) they are purchasing courses for. At this time, they will set up separate usernames/login credentials for all students that they register.
2. The parent will log into their account, go to the Courses page, and purchase the desired course(s).
4. Students can then log into their account, where they will see information about courses and the links that they need to participate in their courses.

What if I have a complaint?
We are sorry you are not satisfied, but if you have a complaint against a Teacher, please send us an email with a description of the problem. We will review the lesson, contact you with and take the appropriate steps required.
Do you provide a tutoring service?
